Oatmeal Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter/margarine
2 eggs
3 medium bananas (1 c.)
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cooking oats
Preparation

In mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter or margarine. Beat in eggs, banana and honey.
Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture, beating just until blended.
Stir in oats.
Fill 24 muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Kids love'em.
