Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
1 jar pimento peppers, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with some grated cheese.
Put in a 2-quart casserole dish; cover with some more grated cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
