Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1 lb. white seeded grapes, halved
    1/4 lb. pecans, chopped
    1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of salt
    juice of 1 large lemon
    1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine fruits, pecans and marshmallows.
    Blend egg yolks, mustard, salt and lemon juice; cook until thickened.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour over fruit mixture; let stand overnight. Serve on lettuce.
    Yield: 12 servings.
