White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cook milk and flour to a paste, but do not boil.
Stir while cooking.
Cool milk and flour mixture.
Beat at high speed remaining ingredients and then add milk and flour mixture and beat thoroughly.
