Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. oil

Preparation

Process zucchini in food processor.
Do not peel.
Beat eggs lightly.
Add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini.
Mix well.
