Hot Seafood Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. crushed potato chips, divided
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 (6 1/4 oz.) cans crab meat, drained and flaked or fresh crab meat
    2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans medium shrimp or fresh shrimp
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. grated onions
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine crab meat, shrimp, celery, green peppers, onions, lemon juice, pimientos and mayonnaise in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon mixture into potato crust.
    Combine remaining crushed potato chips and cheese.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
