Cranapana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 large, ripe banana, mashed
    1 c. chopped cranberries
    1 apple, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Fold in cranberries, apples, walnuts and raisins.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
