Microwave Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 to 5 large green peppers
    1 c. rice, cooked with 2 c. water and drained
    1/2 c. tomato sauce (herb) (plain tomato sauce can be used)
    salt and pepper to taste
    small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut tops off peppers; save.
    Clean peppers and core.
    Boil tops and peppers in salt water for 5 minutes; drain.
