Caviar-Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    12 oz. black jar caviar (3 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
    Carefully remove and sieve egg yolks.
    Blend butter; carefully stir in caviar and dash of pepper. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.
    Makes 12 halves.
