Rumaki(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole water chestnuts
5 oz. soy sauce (lite)
1 pkg. thin sliced bacon
pineapple chunks (optional)
chicken livers (optional)
Preparation

Drain chestnuts.
Soak them in soy sauce 2 hours in refrigerator.
(I put leftover soy sauce back in the bottle.) Wrap bacon around each chestnut with toothpick to hold in place. Place on ungreased cookie sheet in oven at 350\u00b0 until bacon is crispy, 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
