Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 steak, fat trimmed
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut steak into thin strips.
Combine soy sauce, garlic salt and ginger.
Set aside.
