Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 medium zucchini, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. mint
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all; pour into a lightly greased 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
This can be frozen.
You can substitute broccoli for zucchini.
