Creamy Green Enchiladas(Yum-Yum) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
    tortillas (corn)
    salad oil
Preparation
    Combine beef and salt; brown in skillet.
    Pour off drippings. Stir in cheese (Cheddar) and onion; set aside.
    Combine soup, milk and cheese (Velveeta) in a medium pan; place over low heat.
    Stir constantly until cheese is melted; add chiles and set aside.
    Fry tortillas in oil.
    Spread tortillas with meat mixture.
    Roll tight and place in baking dish.
    Pour cheese sauce over tortillas.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
