Chunky Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 lb. ripe tomatoes
1/4 c. salad oil
3 medium onions
3 large carrots
2 medium ripe green bell peppers
2 medium cloves garlic
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Shred the onions and carrots. Dice the green pepper. Mince the garlic. Peel and dice the tomatoes into a colander to drain.
