Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold, mashed cooked carrots
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together and put in a loaf pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
