Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 tart apples (about 4 c.), peeled, cored and diced
    powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl; use electric mixer and blend well.
    Sift together the dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Stir in diced apples. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until taster comes out clean.
    Let cake cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack, then turn out onto rack.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
