Cherry Pepper Shooters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz. each) jars mild cherry peppers, drained
    2 oz. thinly sliced Proscuitto
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Slice off and discard stems from the cherry peppers.
    With a small spoon, scoop out and discard seeds.
    Cut the Prosciutto into 1 to 2-inch squares.
    Cut each pineapple chunk in half and wrap in Prosciutto.
    Stuff into a pepper.
    Serves 12.
