Baked Halibut Or Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    halibut or salmon steaks, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
    saltine crackers
    margarine
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Butter
    bottom of baking dish large enough
    for fish.
    Crumble saltines in a plastic bag and sprinkle or
    spoon over fish.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until fish loses its translucent quality (until it flakes with a fork).
