Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 egg yolks, well beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed with fork
2 c. flour (part of flour can be whole wheat)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter, add beaten egg yolks and mashed bananas.
Mix flour, soda and salt together and add to the mixture.
Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and chopped nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven. Makes 1 loaf.
