Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red or pink salmon, bones removed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    2 scallions with some green, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bottled chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
Preparation
    Combine above ingredients.
    Form into ball or log, or place in bowl.
    Chill.
    Before serving, sprinkle with parsley and serve with crackers.
