Colonial Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pumpkin, cooked
    2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, spices and salt.
    Beat together until well creamed.
    Beat in pumpkin slowly at low mixer speed. Gradually add milk. Stir until well combined.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 50 minutes longer.
