Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Add eggs, milk, butter or margarine, cheese and onion.
    Drain the thawed spinach well.
    Add to mixture. Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour mixture into pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
