The Black Dog Black-Out Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cocoa powder
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift sugar with cocoa in a small bowl; set aside.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, mix cream with honey, butter and vanilla.
    Stir in the cocoa/sugar mixture.
    Using a whisk, stir for 8 to 10 minutes, until mixture is completely smooth.
    Do not boil! Remove from heat and cover surface of mixture with plastic wrap. Cool in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, until thick enough to use. Whip with a mixer until light and fluffy.
    Chocolate lovers should use this on a chocolate cake!
