Blueberry Cake With Lemon Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. sifted cake flour
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon juice
    lemon curls (optional)
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups cake flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour mixture over blueberries and toss gently to coat; set aside.
