Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water ground corn meal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 c. boiling water
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Mix together meal, sugar, salt and 1/2 stick margarine.
    Scald with 3 cups of boiling water. Add beaten eggs and hot milk.
    Pour into heavy 10-inch skillet in which 1/2 stick margarine has been melted.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Time about 45 minutes.
