Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. fresh beef brisket
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. table salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 oz. liquid smoke
6 oz. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Pour liquid smoke over brisket. Sprinkle with celery, onion and garlic salts. Refrigerate overnight in covered pan. Sprinkle both sides with table salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200\u00b0 to 225\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours or until tender. Uncover and pour barbecue sauce over meat. Bake 1 hour longer. Serve with barbecue sauce.
