Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 4-cup Pyrex container.
    Add sugar, cocoa and salt; blend well.
    Gradually add milk, stirring well. Micro-cook on Full power for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, until thickened. Stir 2 or 3 times.
    Watch closely at the end of cooking to prevent boiling over.
    Store in glass jar and refrigerate.
    To use, remove lid and heat 3/4 to 1 minute.
    Stir and pour over ice cream.
