Charlotte'S Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated (optional)
    1 lb. cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Combine dressing ingredients.
    Mix well. Toss with shredded cabbage. Cover and chill 1 hour or overnight.
    Yields 6 servings.
