Jerked Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

100 of meat
3 c. vinegar
2 lb. oleo
3 lb. brown sugar
6 bay leaves
1 1/2 c. salt
1 c. bacon grease
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. celery salt
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. black pepper
dash of red pepper
Preparation
-
Mix melted oleo, vinegar and bacon grease.
Add spices and brown sugar. Dip cut up meat in warm sauce.
Leave in pickle 3 days, turning once a day.
