Yogurt Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. wrist warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. Dannon yogurt (active)
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve warm water and dry yeast.
    Add yogurt, honey and salt.
    Mix in flour to semi-soft dough.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Divide into 2 loaves.
    Put into 2 pans.
    Oil top.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and raise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
