Ingredients

6 well beaten eggs
1 c. sugar (more if you're a sweet tooth)
1 to 2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix together in an ice cream freezer container.
Finish to the ring with milk.
Pack container in the ice cream freezer with ice and salt.
Start churning.
(Be sure to follow instructions on the salt box for best results.)
