Sugar-Free Spiced Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 eggs
5 1/2 tsp. Equal Measure or 18 packets Equal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
-
Beat pumpkin, milk and eggs in medium bowl.
Beat in remaining ingredients and pour into a low-fat pie crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
Cool on rack.
