Vineyard Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped fine green pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients as listed.
    Put in plastic bag and shape. Chill.
    Serve with crackers.
    This can be made ahead and frozen. Yield:
    1 cheese ball.
