Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. white syrup
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water and syrup to 230\u00b0.
    Add peanuts.
    Boil to 310\u00b0.
    Remove from heat and add butter, soda and vanilla.
    Mix well and spread on buttered pan to cool.
    Cool and break.
