Five Hour Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef stew meat
potatoes and vegetables
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, place the stew meat down the center length of the dish.
Cut potatoes, carrots, green beans, onions and celery or whatever other vegetables you like in your stew on either side of the beef stew meat.
Mix together sugar, salt and tapioca.
Sprinkle over top of meat and vegetables.
