Grape Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry Fleischmann's yeast
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen Welch's grape juice concentrate
    5 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix and pour into plastic gallon jug.
    Fill almost full with water.
    Place
    a
    large balloon on top.
    Let stand until balloon blows up, about 3 weeks, then goes down.
    The wine is ready.
