Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs 1 minute; add sugar.
    Mix well and add cinnamon. Use more if desired.
    Add flour, vanilla and oil; mix well.
    Fold in carrots (shredded) and walnuts or pecans.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
