Chicken Salad Northwood - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked wild rice
    1 1/3 c. chicken stock
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 cooked chicken breast, cut in chunks
    3 green onions, sliced
    1/2 red pepper, chopped
    2 oz. sugar peas, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 ripe avocados, cut in chunks
    1 c. toasted pecan halves
Preparation
    Cook rice in chicken broth; toss with juice of lemon and cool.
