Meat Balls In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. grated potatoes
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, onion, egg, salt and potatoes and shape in small balls.
    Bake on cookie sheet 4 to 5 minutes at 450\u00b0. Mix brown sugar, tomato sauce, lemon juice, garlic salt and wine. Simmer, uncovered, until thickened, about 20 minutes.
    Add meat balls to sauce and let simmer.
    Great for cocktail food or served over rice.
