Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced apples
    1 (12 oz.) can apple juice frozen concentrate
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Simmer apple juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt until thick. Stir in apples and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until brown.
