Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dried black beans
    4 slices bacon, fried and chopped fine
    1/2 clove garlic, chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt
    cayenne pepper
    meat stock or broth
Preparation
    Wash beans and cover with 5 cups water; soak overnight.
    (Or bring to boil; boil 2 minutes and cover.
    Let stand 1 hour; drain.)
