Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 lb. sausage
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    1 tsp. Tony's seasoning
    red and black pepper and salt to taste
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, sausage, onion, bell pepper and celery until red is gone and vegetables are transparent.
    Add seasonings, tomatoes, chilies and mushroom soup.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Add 3 cups of water and rice.
    Cook until rice is done.
