Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. dark molasses
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. soda
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter into crumbs.
    Set aside half of mixture. Mix molasses, water, soda, egg and 1/2 crumbs.
    Put in pie shell and cover with the remaining crumbs.
    Bake 11 minutes at 375\u00b0 and 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
