Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely minced onion
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain salmon; reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid.
    Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients.
    Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
