Harvest Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 c. melted shortening margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. light cream (the best: Carnation)
Preparation
    Mix together
    the
    sugar,
    flour
    and
    spices.\tStir in pumpkin
    and molasses and melted margarine.
    Beat eggs slightly. Add
    the
    cream
    or
    milk and add to the pumpkin mixture. Pour into
    the
    pie shell.
    Flute or crimp high as filling is generous. Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
