1 c. peanut butter
6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth (1 minute).
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Blend in flour and salt.
Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips.
Spread into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until edges are brown.
Sprinkle remaining chips over cookie layer.
Let stand 5 minutes until shiny and soft. Spread.
Cool completely.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch bars.
