Florentine Dainties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. finely cut dates
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar and beat until thick and lemon colored. Sift in flour and salt.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Drop by rounded teaspoons, 2 inches apart, on a well-greased baking sheet. Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Remove immediately from baking sheet.
    Makes about 6 dozen.
