Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. Irish potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Preparation

Melt margarine; blend in flour.
Add milk and cook until thickened.
Add salt, pepper and onion.
In greased baking dish, place half of potatoes.
Cover with half of sauce.
Repeat layers. Cover and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
Shredded cheese may be added to top before baking, if desired.
Serves 6.
