Hamburger-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground lean chuck
3 large potatoes
1 large onion
1 can tomatoes
2 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Brown meat and sage; pour half of meat into casserole.
Thinly slice potatoes and onion rings and layer half of them.
Over meat, layer
other half of meat, potatoes and onion.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix tomatoes with melted butter and pour on top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
