Quick Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cut-up chicken
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 can sliced or fresh carrots
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken well in heavy pot with a little oil.
    Add soup (cream of chicken soup can be substituted) and water to chicken. Add onion powder and seasonings.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour, add carrots and cook until they are done.
    Also you can add a chicken bouillon cube for added flavor; omit salt.
    Serve over rice with cranberry sauce and a salad.
